1. Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI

  2. FinCEN Identifier:

    • Not required but helps streamline the process of filling out the BOI Report.
      Detailed personal info will be part of the FinCEN identifier and not have to be repeated when filling out the BOI Report.

      • DOB

      • Address

      • Drivers License/Passport number

      • etc..

    • Each Beneficial Owner requires a unique FinCEN ID.

      • Go here to create one.

        You’ll need a login.gov account first which can be created here.

2. BOI Report Filing

    • downloading and submitting a PDF file

    • on-line.

  3. File On-line

    • The online BOI Report form is available here.

All Beneficial Owners can be documented on a single report - do not submit separate reports per owner.

We do not need to fill out the Company Applicants section of the report since we were incorporated before 2024.
