2.1. LIFX Timers

  • The bedroom light is configured to turn on at 05:30 AM with minimum brightness. It will gradually achieve full brightness 30 minutes later.

  • All lights start to fade at 09:30 PM until 10:00 PM

3. TP-Link

  • Devices: Tapo P110M

3.1. Tapo Matter Devices

3.1.1. Install App

  1. Find the TP-Link Tapo app in the App Store.

  2. If the device has been powered up for more than 15 minutes, power down and then back up.

  3. Add the device.
    (This is very intuitive and doesn’t need to be documented here.)

3.1.2. Tapo Connect to Google Home Service

  1. Start the Tapo app

  2. Log in

  3. Click on the account picture in the upper left-hand corner.

  4. Click on Services  Third-Party Services

  5. Click on Google Assistant

  6. Click on Tapo Actions

  7. Click on Link from Google Home app

  8. Google Home will be launched

  9. In Google Home, click Continue

  10. Confirm the Privacy Policy check box.

  11. Click on Agree & link

4. WeMo (Belkin)

The WeMo website is here.

4.1. WeMo Timers

  1. Turn off the computer desk at 11:50 PM.

  2. Timer to turn off Kitchen switch after 2 hours.

4.2. WeMo Connect to Google Home Service

  1. Start the WeMo app

  2. Click the More link in the lower right hand corner

  3. Click Connect to Other Services

  4. Click Google Home

  1. Start the Google Home app

  2. Click the + sign in the upper left hand corner

  3. Click Link app or service

  4. Click Works with Google

  5. Click one of the following:

    1. Click LIFX

    2. Click WeMo

    3. Click Smart Life
